🌱 A Space for Healing

Amanda Moe, LPCC

         505-750-0405

I am a licensed professional clinical counselor and clinical supervisor with close to 15 years of experience in the mental health field. I work particularly well with men and women who have experienced complex trauma and often find themselves in the role of caretaker—tending to everyone else’s needs while putting their own last. My clients are often deeply compassionate, highly capable, and appear strong on the outside, yet carry silent burdens of emotional pain, anxiety, or burnout.

Therapy offers you a space where you don’t have to hold it all together. My approach is warm, holistic, and collaborative. Together, we’ll create a path toward healing that honors your resilience and your need for rest and restoration.

I integrate evidence-based practices such as DBT, CBT, IFS, and RTM with mindfulness and somatic techniques to help you reconnect with your inner strength, set boundaries without guilt, and begin to care for yourself with the same compassion you offer others. I welcome individuals from all backgrounds and deeply value each person’s unique story and healing process.

Alyssa Casaus, LPCC

          505-585-3625

I utilize a solution focused, strength based, and non-judgmental approach to therapy. I believe in my clients having autonomy and being their own expert for what they want out of life. I have a history of working with clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, anger management, interpersonal skills, and trauma. I am passionate about working with individuals who struggle with anger management and have a history of incarceration that want to improve their lives.

I utilize DBT, CBT, and motivational interviewing interventions to address a variety of issues in therapy.

At any given point in time, people are doing the best they can and I want to help others do that for themselves.

David Alexander, LPCC

relationships, develop skills for tolerating emotional distress, learn to independently regulate emotions, and Radically Accept themselves and their history.
David works primarily with adults and has experience co-leading DBT Intensive Outpatient groups. He has an affinity for supporting
individuals while they are engaged in couples counseling (with another provider) and working with parents who are motivated to make changes
to best support their children involved in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
David has training and experience in Reconsolidation of Traumatic Memory (RTM), a brief intervention for processing traumatic memories
